Bound Eternally is the third installment of the Bound series and it is action-packed. Not only did Dawn Montgomery give me all the hot sex I could want, she also gave me the action I crave. The build up from the first two books exploded with this third story. I’m not sure if there will be a forth book, but I’ll be looking out for it because Ms. Montgomery sure knows how to spin a tale and leave me wanting for more.

Bounty is a sexy romp with a Johnny Mnemonic feel to it. I love a book with action and Dawn Montgomery brings it on with a sexy bounty hunter. A strong female lead is always good for me and Ms. Montgomery knows how to write a strong woman. Poor Mack, all he wanted to do was his job and he gets the shaft because of a cover up! Mack leads Alexis on a great chase and the two are wonderful together. I really enjoyed the feel of this story from the action both in and out of bed.

He blinked slowly. She could taste his lust in the air. Damn him for making her wait. He undid his cuffs with enough impatience to ease her frustration. His fingers made quick work of the line of buttons running down his chest, and before she could blink, his shirt was on the floor.
She ran an appreciative gaze down his muscled chest. The tank he wore molded to his skin, showing her all the right ridges and curves. Damn. Her memories did him no justice.
On this post, I’d given you all a preview of the month of May. As you can see some of them were crossed out already. One of them was Sven. The 70 days of sweat, begun by Alison Kent and continued by so many wonderful people… Some of them were kind enough to stop by and give me a hurrah! The 70 days officially ended yesterday, the 16th.
My original goal was 4 novellas and it was done…

My fellow AMP and Changeling Press author, Jade Buchanan has a gorgeous new cover for her release Horsfall. I read the book and I absolutely adored it! I’ve known Jade since before she came to Aspen Mountain Press and wrote the delicious Black Wolf. I “whooped and hollered” with her when she was picked up for the summer heat antho for Samhain, and I screamed in joy when she announced every contract sell. One thing I will say, if you know Jade, you know her Joes, and I’ve been a fan of them since she first posted her pics.

I can’t tell you how happy I am that Horsfall: Tail of Two Brothers is out. I dreamed this story up last year when I was out conducting two safety audits within the space of a few weeks. The first was on a horse ranch and the second was a steel manufacturer and my quirky little mind kept wandering off when I was supposed to be paying attention!

The main characters have to do something at the bar to tie it together. They know the proprietor, who is a vampire (Cody Warren was turned while in the military serving in Afghanistan). Humans can go in to see the paranormals or two (or three) paranormal characters, meet outside the bar, etc, but at some point both the bar and Cody must be in a scene.

Del Fantasma is a bar just north of Point Loma, California, known for its ghosts and otherworldly experiences. The owner and bartender, Cody Warren knows a thing or two about the supernatural. While stationed in Afghanistan, Cody was rescued and later turned into a vampire. He is the sole owner of Del Fantasma and the hours suit him just fine. He has normal clients and otherworldly clients, and a knack for matchmaking that would rival any bona fide yenta. After ten years of bringing couples together, not much surprises Cody. He’s certainly heard every tale of love gone right and wrong over the years. In fact, he can recall a tale for nearly every drink he mixes.
