I’ve noticed that March seems to be one of those months where everything that can possibly get crowded on you, does. Work is stressful for most of my coworkers, my husband is alternately dreading and looking forward to the upcoming move and I realized a very important thing.
My family does NOT need to deal with my stress from work on top of everything else.
So…I’ve started walking to work and home. There’s a gym on the way so I’ll stop by there and do a bit of weight lifting and then head home. So, for me, I’ve actually started looking forward to those walks. I don’t have to stress, or worry, or wonder, and I’ve got plenty of time to walk out my frustrations before I get home.
Yesterday I walked 7 miles total.
Today I’m driving. LOL.
Tomorrow I’ll walk again.
And the weekend will begin! mwahahahaha.
On a side note, just think of the gas I’ll save…
