Today was a little rough. I did, however, do something awesome. I held out for 15 minutes straight, defensively, against an extremely aggressive opponent. By the time it was over, we were both dying. LOL. As my instructor said…sometimes all you need is time for help to get to you. If you can hold out long enough, they’ll give you an opening or someone will *hopefully* come to your aid.

When one of the guys in the class asked him what if the opponent has someone coming to *his* aid, the instructor chuckled and said that’s for a later class. ROFL. Whew. I think I’ll work on this level first. I’m a short term goal kinda gal. LOL.

I hope your week is going well. The thunderstorms rolling in to our town last night shook the rafters. I slept like a log.
