Wow, guys! This is crazy stuff. In the past two days Babes in Toyland II has received some major kudos from reviewers. From Rogues and Romance it received a MUST Read AND today it has been nominated for the Best 2007 Anthology by the Love Romances Cafe. How wild is that??

Since I’m still under deadline *cough* over *cough* I thought I’d share the cappuccino chocolate morsel recipe I’m going to be using tonight to keep my butt up and writing!
Mocha Caramel Cappuccino Tartelettes
Ingredients:
- 2 packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells
- 15 caramel squares, cut in half.
- 3 oz dark chocolate chips.
- 1/2 cup chocolate covered espresso beans, crushed.
- For Mocha Ganache:
- 6oz. dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee or instant espresso
